I’ve already posted a few intros for past testing opportunities ( Voice Caddie SL2, Nippon GOST Hybrid Shaft, and the granddaddy of them all, Cobra Connect Challenge 3) so I won’t go too in depth again.
The brake gear and hammer profiles have been improved to engage better and reduce stress on the cable. As mentioned in my First On-course Impression post found here, I was pleased with the performance and the performance has not deteriorated at all over the 5 rounds I’ve played with the ClicGear 4. You should all feel lucky I chose to post my Donate Life pin instead of the other one I had queued up.If you use a stand bag, the lower saddle has been modified to move the lower bag support up and away from the front wheel. All in all, would definitely recommend - could be a bit cheaper, but I pre-purchased so got it on the release date, and sometimes, you do get what you pay for. There is also a storage net, which has been made larger as part of this model’s upgrade and I found this really handy for quick access to a drink bottle.
Improve consistency – whether you’re a Tour Player or a beginner golfer, everyone will shoot lower scores by being more consistent and it starts with your equipment being custom fit for your personal game. The other issue with this trolley is that it doesn't go in a straight line - I think this is common with fixed front wheel trolleys - so its rather like an errant supermarket trolley has a mind of its own and I have to frequently correct its course. As mentioned in my head to head folding test found here, it does take a little extra time to set up because of the multiple levers/buttons, the rubber strap clips and adjusting the push handle. Set up is a little more involved than the Caddytek EZ but I can still get everything set up and ready to go within a minute.
